DUETTO CONSIGNMENT OPTIONS

Consignment -  50% Retail Value
Authenticated Designer Items -  60% Retail Value
Same Day Buyout -  30% Retail Value
Store Credit -  50% Retail Value

Payouts will be made the month following the sale of all items. 
(ie: July Sales Paid In August)



All sellers are required to provide first & last name in addition to both a phone number and e-mail address upon the day of sale, consignment or drop-off. A documented list of all items sold or held on consignment will be provided through e-mail, print or text. Each seller will receive a record of all transactions at the end of the month if requested. Consignors will have the choice to select Venmo or Zelle payment or check if either of those are not an option. Consignors can end their consignment period at any time by notifying Duetto. In the event that you decide to end your consignment, please note we will need up to 7 days to collect your items for return.

We follow a buy, sell, trade model - Meaning anything not purchased on consignment will be paid out the same day for either 30% cash, or 50% store credit of our resale value. This means we are buying the items from you and they become the property of Duetto. We reserve the right to decide if we would like to offer a buyout or consignment on a per transaction basis. If we choose to offer consignment for your item(s) you will receive a 50% cash payout after the item has sold, with no option of store credit.

Please note: we will be very specific with our consignment selections. We are looking for one-of-a-kind pieces & have very limited space. If we do pass on your item, please feel free to always ask questions and bring your item back if we suggest it. That said, there is no guarantee it will be accepted the second time around.

After 60 days (8 weeks) of items for consignment being displayed on the floor, they have the potential to be marked down. You will be notified by text message & email 7 days before this happens. You will be offered that amount of time (7 days, or 1 week) to pick up your consigned pieces if you prefer not to have your items reduced in price, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items that are not picked up will become the property of Duetto unless an extension for pick up had been granted.

In the event that any consigned item is lost, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise unaccounted for while in Duetto’s possession, that item shall be deemed to have been sold. Duetto will pay the Consignor the same amount they would have received from a sale, based on the agreed-upon sale price, no later than 30 days after the loss is discovered.
